Dr Nigel Bradfield

Hello, I'm Dr Nigel Bradfield BVSc MRCVS, a veterinary surgeon who has been in practice for over 35 years looking after cats, dogs and other small pets in Kent. I qualified from Bristol University in 1982 and have been a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons ever since. I have completed the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) course to utilise modern advances in sedatives to ensure the most gentle, stress and pain-free passing for your pet.

Having recently sold my veterinary practice, I wanted to provide a dedicated at-home pet euthanasia service.

Over the years I have put many pets to sleep, in the practice and at home. I know only too well that the pressures on time in the busy practice does not always allow a peaceful and quiet goodbye. Add in the stressful car journey to the vet practice, and what should be a gentle stress free process of saying goodbye is not always the case. There is not a better way to treasure the passing of your beloved family pet, than to arrange the euthanasia in your own home surrounded by all your family members (and other pets) who want to say goodbye.

Available 7 Days A Week

To remain on call during long working hours, across seven days of the week, there will be times I may not be able to attend. If my service is unavailable please contact your usual veterinary practice for advice.
I use the most modern and pain free sedatives and techniques to ease the passing of your pet and have completed an advanced euthanasia training course by CAETA (Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy).
Over the years I have helped many pets pass away and know that the comfort and security of your own home is where your pet really wants to be in their final moments.
